If considering using a service provider, it is worth noting that prices vary dramatically, and it is advisable to take a little time to shop around before placing an order. Remember that you are possibly going to be signing up for a 12 month service. Our advice is that when comparing prices do not simply consider the 'per payslip' price quoted, but check and take into account any additional charges; for example there may be set-up fees, charges for new starters, issuing P45's or for changing any master file details such as pay rates.
We offer a variety of payroll and HR services, ranging from the simplest requirement through to a comprehensive and tailored system for larger organisations. We have a simple and sensibly priced solution for businesses ranging from those with only one employee to those who employ hundreds.
Our pricing structure is very simple, comprising a charge per payslip, plus a fixed annual filing fee, regardless of how many employees you have. We have found this to be the fairest method of charging. Some examples of prices can be found here, but for a no obligation quotation from us please complete the enquiry form, putting 'PAYROLL' as the subject and stating how many employees you have and their pay frequency (weekly/monthly etc.). Once we have given you a quotation there are no additional charges. Our price will include - pay rate adjustments, input of hours, sick pay, maternity pay etc., issue of P45's, tax code changes, employee detail changes (address, change of bank etc.) PAYE/NI payment due report, annual P35/P14/P60's inclusive of electronic filing.
